Between 1980-2000 obesity rates doubled among children and tripled among teens. One in 5 children in Metro-Milwaukee area is considered overweight, with poor diet and inactivity being the most cited causes. However, new programs, family support and health habits can reverse the trend and teach kids lifelong health skills. Milwaukee mom Sabina Borgen and son Nicholas Jazinski share their story of how they faced the problem head on and found success.
