Power of the Thank You

Ok, you can’t personally lower the price of gas or control the weather. But you can control your attitude and your actions by practicing gratitude. Who can you compliment or thank right now? Is there someone you could recognize for doing a good job? If customer service is on the decline, take time to thank those who are friendly and helpful. Call or send an email to the store manager to compliment an outstanding employee.
Complimenting fuels good service and positive energy. Both the person doing the complimenting and the recipient benefit. Unlike so many other feel good actions, this one doesn’t cost a thing.
