Andrew's Power Morning Toast
Yield: 1-2 servings

Let's face it, we could all use a little boost once in a while. Author Linda Mulholland brings us foods that will help to boost your brain power, including  "Good Morning Smoothies" and "Power Morning Muffins."

2 pieces of toasted whole wheat bread
1-2 tablespoons of Natural Peanut Butter and/or Almond Butter
1 banana cut into ¼ inch slices
1 teaspoon of ground flax seed
1 teaspoon of cinnamon sugar

 
Spread the peanut and almond butter on top of the toast. Place the sliced bananas on top of the peanut and almond butters. Sprinkle the flax seed on top of the bananas and lastly, sprinkle the cinnamon sugar on top of your power morning toast.
