Turkey Rueben

8 slices swiss cheese                          
2 oz thousand island dressing
8 slices  marble rye (rye will work)        
8 oz coleslaw
1 lb smoked turkey (thinly sliced)          
 margarine for bread

Heat a large skillet over medium heat.  Butter the bread . place bread in skillet, buttered side down. On one piece spread a thin layer off thousand island dressing, place a slice of cheese on each slice. In same pan add 4 oz of turkey and grill until warmed. Place 2 oz of coleslaw on side of bread with thousand island dressing, place turkey on top of coleslaw, then place remaining grilled bread on top of sandwhich.  Remove from pan and enjoy.
