Yogurt Popsicles

The kids are home from school with nothing but time on their hands to empty the fridge and your cupboards. Keeping hungry kids filled up with healthy options isn't easy, but you can make some homemade treats that taste great to save money and, even better, the kids can help you do it. We're showing you some simple recipes for yogurt pops, homemade lemonade and veggie dips that even picky eaters will like.
2 C low-fat vanillla yogurt
1 C frozen pineapple tidbits
1 1/2 C frozen mixed berries
A couple splashes of juice, eg. Orange, Grape
Pour yogurt into a blender. Top with frozen fruit. Add splash of juice. Blend well.
Pour into popsicle molds. Freeze for at least 12 hours. Enjoy.
