Baked Cheddar Casserole

2 lbs Shredded Potatoes
2 oz Melted Margarine
4 oz Hyderv Sour Dressing (can use sour cream )
1 Medium Onion (diced)
½ tsp White Pepper
1 ¼ cup Chicken Gravy
8 oz Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Mix all ingreidients in large mixing bowl. Place in a baking pan at 350 for 45minutes to one hour.
Great for breakfast lunch or dinner.
